How do I track my order?

Just log in to your account, go to Order History, and click on the order you want to track. You’ll find the latest status and tracking updates there.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before you receive the shipping confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all fast, secure, and designed to make checkout seamless.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–6 business days, depending on your location within Canada. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We’ll assist you in tracking your package or finding a solution.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in sellable condition.

Are there return shipping fees or restocking fees?

No — we offer free return shipping, and we don’t charge any restocking fees. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

How do I initiate a return?

Initiating a return is simple. Log in to your account on our website, go to the order history section, and select the item you wish to return. Submit your return request following the instructions provided.
