Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website, go to the Order History section, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
